1、發(fā)郵件無subject主題,或者隨便找一個以前的郵件直接回復一下。
后果:以前的郵件是針對以前的某一件事情,郵件正文和主題都和現(xiàn)在的事情無關.導致買家一頭霧水,無法快速辨認。
2、郵件下方無簽名(包括人名,公司名字,聯(lián)系方式等)或者只有中文名字。
后果:導致買家不知道你是誰?要知道,買家會接觸,聯(lián)系很多國家的不同供應商,你在一段時間沒有和買家聯(lián)系后,突然發(fā)過去個郵件,對方很難判斷你是誰?來自什么國家的什么公司?
3、郵件的發(fā)件人不要用中文。如聯(lián)想公司張三,“聯(lián)想公司張三”很有可能會在買家那里顯示亂碼,哪怕不是亂碼,對方也不一定可以看懂中文。
4、買家如果已經(jīng)cc,把郵件抄送給第二個人,或者抄送給2個人以上(可能是買家的同事或者主管),你回復的時候要按“reply all”,而不要只回復發(fā)件的那個人.買家發(fā)郵件cc的目的是希望多個人了解到目前此事的進展情況,你有義務回復全部的人。
5、回復買家郵件的時候要“reply with all history”,不要把歷史記錄刪除,否則買家不知道先前發(fā)生的事情和交流的內(nèi)容。也不要隨意改變郵件的主題。一件事情,一個產(chǎn)品的郵件要保持一個郵件主題。
6、不要用晦澀難懂的縮寫,我們不是在發(fā)電報.如hv:have等.以免產(chǎn)生誤解.也不要用俚語。
7、重要的內(nèi)容可以用bold粗體加粗或者用大寫。

從3月份來公司到今年年底,算起來在**有剛滿10個月的時間了。當初就是抱著純粹學習的心態(tài)找的現(xiàn)在的工作,對于一個英語專業(yè)的我來說,在過去的兩年里一直投入在與英語無關的行業(yè)中,現(xiàn)在冒冒然再重操舊業(yè)時,相對于同畢業(yè)的同學來說,是落后了很多。但從我決定換一個行業(yè)去發(fā)展的時候,我重新確定了自己的定位。要在一個行業(yè)發(fā)展起來,首先就是要相信你自己可以做到。我也是這樣給自己定義的。別人能做到的, 我也可以做到。
很感謝鄧經(jīng)理在最初應聘的時候,相信并選擇我作為**篷房外貿(mào)業(yè)務人員當中的一員,同時盡心地安排小組組長小平一直以來監(jiān)督和教導我的外貿(mào)之路。同樣也很感謝在取得成績時的點播,在沒有成績時的鼓勵。

在我內(nèi)心深處,一直相信“有志者,事竟成”,“天道酬勤”,雖然我的起步晚了點,但因為年輕,應該是可以追上前輩們的。但也因為年輕,言行顯得很不穩(wěn)重。
的確,這是我需要學習的地方。
剛開始做外貿(mào),可能是一種興奮刺激的感覺,當?shù)で闊崆楸蝗諒鸵蝗盏泥]件詢盤和繁瑣之事替代時,我們再堅持下去的時候,如果還沒有成績,那時就更需要一種精神信仰,無關乎薪資,因為畢竟誰都知道,做業(yè)務,沒有銷量,就是窮光蛋。
剛開始的時候,沒想過要快速的就拿單,畢竟那很不現(xiàn)實,對產(chǎn)品對外貿(mào)一竅不通沒有任何實際經(jīng)驗就想出成績簡直就是一種空想。
那時每天上班的時候,我會給自己列好工作日程,確定緊急重要順序,忙完這些規(guī)定的事項后,我會抽出一部分時間提前學習一些外貿(mào)知識,包括業(yè)務以及回復郵件方面。
記得剛開始回郵件的時候,我的心情是小心翼翼的,很怕犯錯,可能與我的完美主義個性有些關系。所以一封郵件都要思考半天,不管是回郵件的內(nèi)容還是表達方式。一句話,不敢下手。后來幸虧在福步等外貿(mào)論壇里面,學習了很多回復郵件和處理詢盤的知識,再加上不斷更新產(chǎn)品之后,詢盤多了,鍛煉的機會就多了,也就形成了自己的處理詢盤的思路。
第一個單拿的是幸運,那時候剛出了一次意外,在養(yǎng)傷過程中,接下了第一個單。也是這個單,給了我很多勇氣。讓我相信努力會有收獲。
過了試用期之后,之前那種激情和熱情就慢慢的消失跆盡了,我需要我的信仰來支持我。

我從來不相信,有誰可以隨隨便便的成功,畢竟不是所有人也不是每次都有那樣的好運氣。堅持我現(xiàn)在的行業(yè),在我不斷地填充自己的過程中,我能做的就是等待了。
客人不是一下就有的,詢盤不是一下子就都到你的郵箱里的,價格不是每次都是你的讓客人滿意,不是每個客人都注重質(zhì)量和服務的。那能做的,就是不斷地行動以及耐心等待結(jié)果。
在過了試用期很長一段時間里詢盤不是很多,我找了很多事情做,集中之一就包括增加產(chǎn)品曝光帶來詢盤,那么首先得熟悉產(chǎn)品。熟悉產(chǎn)品,不僅是了解自己的產(chǎn)品,也包括同行的產(chǎn)品,而我重點放在國外同行也可以說是潛在客戶的身上。
其實,做外貿(mào)也是一種心態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)變,之前我是個急性子,很多事情希望能夠以最快最有效率的方式解決,所以往往給人浮躁的感覺。慢慢的現(xiàn)在性子稍微穩(wěn)下來點,因為有些事情,不是你急著完成結(jié)果就能如你愿,例如,你希望客人盡快下單。
10月份的時候曾打算請假休息一段時間,但最終放棄了這個打算,那時候的事情,讓我認清了自己的處境,女兒也應當自立自強。所以當靜下心來,再次投入到工作當中的時候,自己有種突然覺悟的感覺。后來再處理詢盤和郵件的時候,竟是反應快了很多,思路也明朗了很多。我想這是因禍得福吧。就像yusuf。
yusuf是我今年的一個客戶,期間一直沒有斷過聯(lián)系,其實我們很少談工作,每次寒暄一下,問候一下。我后來想想為什么他遲遲沒有打款,可能他也在花時間考驗我和我們公司。就像我在懷疑他是騙子一樣。我一直記得一個外貿(mào)前輩說,你得經(jīng)常在你客戶的面前飄過。我想我就是這樣一直在他面前飄來飄去沒有太強的目的性,讓他產(chǎn)生了信賴。他的訂單,就是對我耐性的考驗和服務的認可。
后來的接待工作,讓我對自己的口語也自信了不少,很感謝小平的陪伴和幫忙,以及之前有機會在她身邊學習了很多次。
雖然現(xiàn)在我在外貿(mào)在篷房這個行業(yè)還是半個內(nèi)行人,身上也有很多的不足,但是我相信,時間能夠證明一切,我相信只要用心學習,踏踏實實的,就一定會有更大的成績,想成為一名能夠獨當一面的外貿(mào)人前進。
